The AGE EG Readers Vote Augie Best Band

The Age EG Awards took place in Melbourne on Friday November 30th, and Augie March took out the coveted Best Band award, ahead of a field that included Powderfinger and Silverchair. The band wishes to thanks readers who voted for them, and The Age EG staff and writers. An acoustic version of One Crowded Hour was struck up on the night.

Augies next shows are two headline Christmas Shows at The Hi-Fi in Melbourne on December 20 and 21, tickets are selling fast but still available.

Then they play Southbound WA on Jan 5, then join the national touring Big Day Out festival in January.
