Second Sydney Show, AMP Award, Chisels...

19.02.07
The show at Sydney's Metro Theatre on Saturday, March 17 is now sold out. A second show at the same venue the following night has just been announced for Sunday, March 18. Tickets for just about all the shows nationally are heading fast towards sell out.

Thanks to everyone that's coming along, this will be the last national tour for this album in Australia before heading off to the US so should be pretty special nights, considering the year that's just been.

Speaking of which, Moo, You Bloody Choir has been shortlisted for the excellent AMP Award, check out more about it at myspace.com/theamp2006 or australianmusicprize.com.au(the Drones won it last year). The award winner is announced on March 7.

Speaking of March 7, that was also the date for the show at Ruby's in Belgrave. That show is now on Saturday, March 31st. Tickets purchased for the 7th are good for the 31st. That's now the last show for the tour. Champagne and tears afterwards we're sure.

Speaking of Cold Chisel, we have recorded a version of the Don Walker-penned 'Janelle' for an album of Cold Chisel covers/versions... its called 'Standing On The Outside' and it's out next month. To find out more, go to standingontheoutside.com.

Also, if you are coming to any of the shows on this upcoming tour, please take the time to check out our Canadian guests Joel Plaskett and The Emergency, joelplaskett.com, they are playing all of them except the WASO shows and Womadelaide.

Cheeeeers. Thanks again to anyone who voted to make One Crowded Hour Number One on Triple J's Hottest 100.
